Our services are performed on your own outdoor furniture. This policy explains what happens if you are not satisfied with the work or if you need to cancel.
Quotes and Cancellation
Quotes for our garden and patio furniture repair and refinishing services in Australia are valid for the period stated (or 30 days if not stated). You may cancel before work begins. If you have paid a deposit and cancel before we start, we will refund the deposit minus any non-refundable costs we have already incurred (e.g. materials ordered for your outdoor furniture job). This applies to clients in Victoria, NSW, Queensland, and all other Australian states and territories we serve.
Satisfaction With Completed Work
We aim to deliver garden and patio furniture repair and refinishing work to the standard agreed in the quote. When we return your furniture, please inspect it and tell us within 7 days if something does not match the agreed scope (e.g. missed areas, structural issues we said we would fix). We will rectify genuine defects at no extra charge. Our approach is consistent with Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Normal wear and tear, or damage after handover, is not covered.
No Physical Returns
Because we restore your own garden or patio furniture (we do not sell new products), there are no "product returns" in the usual sense. Refunds or adjustments are only as set out above (cancellation before work, or rectification of defective repair or refinishing work).
